Ash is a commercial litigator who joined Oldham Construction Lawyers in September 2025.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor at the University of Melbourne, Ash undertook his Supervised Legal Training in 2016 before being admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in May 2017.  

Ash began his career in dispute resolution and litigation at a national mid-tier law firm, before broadening his skillset by practicing as an in-house counsel for a national financial services institution.

He has experience across construction, corporations law, and insolvency-related disputes, acting for clients ranging from individuals to large corporations. With nearly a decade of legal practice, Ash has appeared in the Supreme, County, and Magistrates’ Courts of Victoria, as well as VCAT, the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

Ash is known for his approachable manner and commitment to delivering high-quality, commercially pragmatic advice to help clients resolve disputes effectively.
