Josh graduated from Deakin University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws and later completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law before being admitted in the Supreme Court in 2018.
Following a gap year in Europe, Josh has returned to Melbourne to commence his legal career. Initially working at a generalist firm, at the start of 2020 Josh opted to specialise in building and construction law and he started with Oldham Construction Lawyers.
Josh focuses primarily on all aspects domestic building litigation including pre litigation negotiation, however, he has also advised on intervention orders that coincide with building disputes and also practitioner conduct appeals with the VMIA and VBA. Joshua recently assisted Daniel in the reported VCAT decision of Ewin v Seimering (2020).
Outside of work, Josh plays Australian football for Beaumaris Football Club who play in the VAFA and enjoys to travel.
